Are all products imported or locally made?
All Seasonings are homemade and packed in Thailand, Using local and imported ingredients. We do not make own ingredients, but buy already made.
What is expire date? and What is shelf Life?
All our products are homemade and we make in small batches ONLY, This means any time you buy, it is more than likely it is a fresh batch or a few days old. All Seasonings, Herbs and Spices are good for 1 year from the date of purchase. However we also do label all bottles with expire date and ingredients
How to store to keep fresh?
Thailand has a very high humidity which affects all seasonings. To combat humidity we put food grade silica in each bottle and also use air tight seals. However to make sure seasonings remain soft, best to keep in the fridge once open or in the coolest place posssible
How and where do you ship?What is Return/Refund Policy
We ship nationwide (Thailand) on daily basis using Flash Express. If you prefer another courier, please contact us in advance to see if service is available
Being, food, we can not accept return or refund if bottle has been opened. Incase received product is damaged, or has leaked, will replace free of charge. If we ship wrong product to you, we will pay return shipping and ship out correct product once wrong product is received and inspected
Do you offer discount if buy many bottles? and What Payment Methods do you accept?
Yes, we can offer discount codes if you meet the criteria.
We offer 2 methods of payment for your convenience
COD (Cash on delivery) is offered with no extra charge. However note if delivery failed, you will be blacklisted from buying again through all channels. Please understand, shipping cost money
Bank Transfer. Once you have made payment, please ensure to notify store via email with your name, order number, and bank payment slip photo
